The residence was designed with large spaces and large windows overlooking the garden, to ensure a continuous dialogue with the surrounding nature. The living area was conceived as an open space that, through some dividing elements, circumscribes the living environment from the kitchen and the outdoor patio.

Everything is declined in the neutral tones that characterize the materials chosen for the restyling: local stone, wooden beams, ceramic. Every single piece of furniture has been designed to let the rooms breathe: built-in storage units, niches for decorative vases. Particular attention has been paid to the lighting project, using designer light fixtures that drop from above or that blend with the walls

The residence as a whole has an area of about 150 square meters. In the living room there is the possibility of setting up two comfortable single beds for any third and fourth guests. It is equipped with a very comfortable and large bathroom, characterized by a large shower and a fully equipped laundry room.

The sleeping area is very welcoming, heated by bright colors in line with the concept and furnished with stylish furniture, in the wake of the classic tradition of our Made in Italy.
