Villa Clelia provides our guests with a window into authentic Mediterranean food and flavors. The ancient olive grove of Geracese mono-cultivars provide the estate with the fruit that is harvested by hand and milled the same day by the cold extraction method. Our olive oil is infused with a purity and flavor of which we are very proud. Our guests may taste this during their stay along with other organic produce from the gardens: sun kissed tomatoes, chilies, fragrant basil, figs, pomegranates and other seasonal fruits. Upon request, we will happily advise guests on food and wine tours from the excellent restaurants typical of the Ionian coastal tradition.
